ATTORNEY AT LAW

Biography

J. Gregory Hardman has been a shareholder of the firm since 2005. His law practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, and local government administration and representation. Mr. Hardman handles complex litigation matters for local, statewide and national clients in healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate as well as other businesses of varying types. He regularly represents parties in disputes who are dissolving or separating from business associations. He also serves as general counsel to multiple area municipalities, special service districts and local districts. Mr. Hardman firmly believes each legal matter should be client-directed, meaning the attorney, as counselor, explains the legal and practical options for resolving a matter and the client, upon being fully informed, directs the course of action within the bounds of the law.
