Curtis Jensen has represented clients throughout the intermountain area in all aspects of real estate & construction, business and commercial transactions, and civil litigation. Mr. Jensen was raised in the construction business and became very familiar with the construction process and all its nuances. He is an advocate of implementing strong claim prevention methods and practices. He is very adept in resolving disputes without protracted litigation.
Mr. Jensen is currently serving as a Utah State Bar Commissioner and liaison to the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee, Sixth District Bar Association, and several local bar associations throughout the state. Mr. Jensen also serves on several local boards and associations, including the Washington County School District Foundation, Southern Utah Habitat for Humanity, and the Santa Clara City Planning Commission.
Mr. Jensen enjoys working with youth and participates in many youth groups and organizations in his local community. He enjoys riding the back roads and scenic byways with his wife, and vacationing with his family. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys lacing on his shoes for tennis, a game of basketball with his son and sons-in-law, or any other sport that involves a ball and friendly competition.
