V. Lowry Snow is one of the founding partners of Snow Jensen & Reece in St. George, where he has established himself as a leading real estate, civil litigation, business and land use planning attorney. He has represented a wide range of clients in both the private and public sectors. He is a past President of the Utah State Bar and currently serves as a charter board member of the Southern Utah Community Legal Center; a non-profit organized and dedicated to the delivery of pro-bono legal services to the underprivileged in Southern Utah. Mr. Snow currently serves as the Chairman of the Utah State Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission and is the immediate past Chairman of the Washington County Economic Development Council and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah.
