Matt Ence is a shareholder whose practice is focused on real estate, business, land use, and municipal law. A southern Utah native, Matt has represented diverse clients, including land owners and developers, small business owners, and municipalities. Matt seeks to solve legal problems for his clients using his broad understanding of legal principles and precedent, talent for understanding complex issues, unflappable nature, and his unique perspective gained by representing both private and public entities in his areas of practice.
