Biography

Kathryn Lusty is an associate attorney at Snow Jensen & Reece with a practice emphasis in commercial litigation, property / HOA law, and family law. Kathryn is a seasoned and skilled practitioner having served several years as a Judicial staff attorney for the Fifth District Court where she prepared numerous memorandums, and assisted in drafting court decisions, orders and judgments. She has extensive experience in legal research and writing, civil, criminal, and domestic matters. Kathryn received her J.D. at J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2004 and her B.A. at University of Utah, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Kathryn is a Presidential Scholar and a National Merit Scholar.
