Full-Time Associate Attorney Positions – March 29, 2024

Snow Jensen & Reece, PC, St. George, Utah is seeking applications for two full-time associate attorney positions. At Snow Jensen & Reece, we are committed to fostering a professional environment that supports the development of our associates and are eager to welcome new members to our team.

Litigation Associate:

An associate with 3-5 years’ experience in civil litigation to contribute to our expanding litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive litigation case management, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
  • Utilize strong reasoning skills and demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys, legal staff, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Admission to the Utah State Bar.

What We Offer:

  • Expected Starting Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 –$170,000*
  • Full Benefits: including retirement, health & dental insurance with HSA Contributions, Life Insurance, Generous Vacation / Paid Leave, Auto Allowance, Associate expense account, Dues, Relocation Allowance.

New Associate

A new to 1 year associate to provide litigation and transactional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive litigation case management, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
  • Utilize strong reasoning skills and demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys, legal staff, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Admission to the Utah State Bar.

What We Offer:

  • Expected Starting Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000 –$146,000*
  • Full Benefits: including retirement, health & dental insurance with HSA Contributions, Life Insurance, Generous Vacation / Paid Leave, Auto Allowance, Associate expense account, Dues, Relocation Allowance.
