The Salt Lake Tribune, through KCSG.com, reports that nearly 100 votes in last month’s primary election won’t be counted. The outcome of at least one race, for Washington County School Board, may be affected. The reported cause was the office of the County Clerk failing to mail out as many as 2000 absentee and mail-in ballots until only six days before the June 22 election.
