Utah court news: new trial ordered for Warren Jeffs

The Utah Supreme Court has today overturned the rape conviction of Warren Jeffs, and remanded the case back to 5th District Court in St. George for a new trial.  The Court determined that a new trial was warranted because instructions given to the jury were erroneous.
